Must JavaScript / TypeScript — comfortable writing backend and frontend code
Must Git — clean commits, branching, PRs. You don't need help with merge conflicts.
Must Terminal fluency — you live in the command line, not the GUI
Must Self-directed — you take a problem and return a solution, not a list of questions
Must English — written communication clear enough for async collaboration
Plus Vue / Nuxt experience — most of our frontends run on this stack
Plus Node.js + Express — our backend standard for tools and APIs
Plus SQL (SQLite, PostgreSQL) — you can write queries without an ORM crutch
Plus AI/LLM integration — calling models, prompt engineering, tool use patterns
Plus Linux server admin — systemd, SSH, deployments, debugging in production
